Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0190-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, DWR. The project is limited to creation of a permanent rock stockpile and emergency transfer site on the north shore of the Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel. Project activities include construction of 2 new approximately 600-sf concrete foundations that will be supported by piles. The foundations will be used for 2 rock conveyors. They include removal of 12 existing wooden piles and installation of up to 8 spud piles (steel pipes or H piles of 4 sf each) near the toe of the bank to support 2 conveyor support barge structures. They includes installation of up to 11 dolphin pile clusters for mooring of up to 3 transport barges during rock-loading operations.
