Document Description
The project includes a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the project site from Coastline Commercial to Planned Area District (PA) and request for a Vesting Tentative Map (VTM) to construct a 323-unit residential development with approx. 2,000 SF of neighborhood serving retail space, including off-site improvements to include a new 1.9 acre waterfront park, Bay Trail loop, new Shoreline Drive and other related infrastructure improvements. On July 5, 2016, the City Council adopted a Resolution certifying the Terminal One Project EIR, and adopting a MMRP, and approving a VTM, subject to conditions, and introduced an Ordinance rezoning the project site to PA District.
