Document Description
Installation and operation of solar photovoltaic systems at two locations at and adjacent to the City's Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). One array would be at a screw pump on the WPCF premises and the other would be on 7 acres of fallow land NE of the facility. The 1.5-megawatt (MW) systems would generate about 2.4 MW-hours annually.
