Document Description
The Davis Innovation Center site is 208 acres, comprised of eight parcels (APNs 036-060-005, and 036-020-012 thru -018). The requested entitlements for the DIC site include Annexation and Prezoning, General Plan Amendment, Council will need to call for an election and set the baseline features of the project. The DIC site is anticipated to include up to approximately 4,000,000 sf of building space, with a variety of lot sizes and building floor plates, to accommodate a range of uses, primarily related to research and office.
