Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0291-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, City of Sunnyvale Department of Public Works. The project is limited to expansion of an existing wastewater treatment plant, which includes enclosure of flows in a box culvert and fill of a drainage channel. Vegetation will be removed and the channel will be filled with clean soil to bring the channel bottom to finish grade. Fill will be compacted and allowed to settle/consolidate with native material. After soils have settled, a concrete box culvert will be installed to permanently contain flows. Additional fill will be placed on top of the culvert, allowing for expansion of development into this area.
