Document Description
The larger project will construct a new 6-mile section of the Napa Valley Vine Trail along a public right-of-way adjacent to Highway 29 from Napa to Yountville. The Napa Valley Vine Trail will require 6 new pedestrian stream crossings located in three separate watersheds between Hinman Creek near Yountville (north) and Trower Avenue in Napa (south). The linear project will construct two crossings over Hinman Creek, two crossings over Salvador Creek, and one crossing over Dry Creek, all three are tributaries to the Napa River in Napa County, State of California. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0340-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Herb Fredrickson, Napa County Planning and Transportation Agency.
