Document Description
Conditional Use Permits for the installation of two solar array systems at existing municipal facilities.
Project #1: The installation of 1,350 solar modules, which will occupy approximately 0.9 acres in a previously graded and compacted area at the City of Cloverdale Water Treatment Plant. The panels, will be 2 ft. above the ground and supported by "I" beams driven into the ground 8-9 ft. deep. The project will require minimal vegetation removal.
Project #2: The installation of 1,800 solar modules within pond #7 of the City of Cloverdale Wastewater Treatment Facility. The array will occupy approximately 1.9 acres and be elevated 8-9 ft. above the floor of pond 7. The panels will be level with service road around the pond, which will place them above the 100-year flood plain.
