- CDFW is issuing an Agreement for replacement of a degraded pedestrian bridge attached to an existing vehicular bridge. The existing vehicular bridge is not scheduled for replacement. The replacement pedestrian bridge will use a full-span, pre-fabricated steel truss structure, which will measure 10-ft. wide, and 120-ft. in length. Each end of the bridge will be supported by a concrete pile cap abutment constructed over the top of three steel H-piles or pipe piles. Piles will be driven with vibratory equipment to reduce noise.
