The applicant has requested a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility consisting of a 77-foot-tall monopine structure (containing 12 antennas), a 11.5' x 16.7' equipment shelter; and one 30 KW diesel standby generator with a 132 gallon fuel tank enclosed by an 6-foot-high, chain-link fence. The proposed improvements would be located within a 50-foot by 50-foot leased area at the northeastern portion of the property. Access to the site would be from Manzanoaks Drive through an existing paved driveway and a proposed 100-foot-long gravel access road on the property.
