The Project consists of the Town of Danville's 2014-2022 Housing Element, which constitutes an update of the 2007-2014 Housing Element. The purpose of the Housing Element is to document the projected housing needs within the community and to set forth policies and programs that promote the development of diverse housing types and ensure affordability of housing town-wide. The proposed project is consistent with the 2030 General Plan and proposes no changes to land use or zoning designation.
