Document Description
The DiSC 2022 Project includes a pre-general plan designation, pre zoning, a development agreement, annexation and placement on the June 2022 election ballot, for the DiSC 2022 and Mace Triangle sites. Proposed uses include office/research and development (R&D)/laboratory, advanced manufacturing, a hotel/conference center, ancillary retail; on-site residential units; parks and green space; a transit plaza; bicycle and pedestrian paths; on-site parking area; and associated infrastructure improvements. The +102 acre DiSC 2022 Project is anticipated to include up to approximately 1.1 million square feet of innovation center/business uses including office, R&D, laboratory, and advanced manufacturing, and 80,000 square feet of supportive commercial uses. The DiSC 2022 Project also incorporates up to 460 housing units on-site. The +16.5 acre Mace Triangle properties are proposed to be designated with a combination of General Commercial and Public/Quasi Public land uses.
