Document Description
The proposed project is the dedication of 6.93 acres of Calaveras County lands at the County's Government Center for the future construction of the Calaveras County Animal Services Center. The Animal Services Center will replace the existing facility and will consist of a 17,000 sf one-story Kennel/Administration Building and utility improvements necessary to accommodate the facility. Power, water, sewer, and storm drainage improvements shall be connected to existing Government Center services located in Jeff Tuttle Drive. Existing County parking facilities at Government Center will be adequate to provide for staff parking. APN: 044-011-069 is located in a portion of Section 16, T4N, R12E.
