The proposed Project would include demolition of several existing structures and clearing of some existing vegetation, including removal of heritage trees.
The Project proposes construction of approximately 36,000 sf of new facilities, including retaining approximately 2,000 sf of existing storage space in the Public Works yard and the approximately 1,696 sf Council Chambers building. Proposed facilities would replace the existing City Administration building, Police Building, and Library.
