CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0157-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, County of Madera Public Works Department. Project includes activities related to the removal and replacement of an existing two-lane reinforced concrete flat slab bridge, guard rail, chain link fence, pier, and abutments. A timber pedestrian bridge will be temporarily removed during construction and then reinstalled. During Project work, stream flow will be diverted through a pipe around the Project work area.
