Document Description
Project is a Time Extension of a Major Use Permit originally approved May 13, 2015 to authorize a community pool facility for a private country club. The original expiration date for construction or use in reliance on the Major Use Permit was May 13, 2017. The proposed Time Extension would extend the period of time for construction or use in reliance on the Major Use Permit until May 13, 2022. The pool project consists of 1) a 2,496 sq. ft. single story building for locker rooms, laundry, grill and pool equipment room and a 504 sq. ft. covered patio area, 2) a 3,400 sq. ft. single story building for game room, restrooms, storage and office and a 1,220 sq. ft. patio cover, 3) a swimming pool, children's splash pool, a 1,050 sq. ft. detached patio cover, and parking. The site is developed with an existing single family dwelling and detached garage that will be retained as a caretaker's quarters. Two exiting storage structures will be removed.
