Document Description
This project involves the construction of an unmanned wireless communications facility on the 2.65-acre parcel located at the northeast corner of Halberns Boulevard and Lutheran Way in the City of Santee, California. The proposed facility would consist of a new 49'-4" bell tower containing 12 panel antennas and a microwave antenna, a 160 square-foot, ground-level equipment enclosure, underground cabling, equipment cabinets, and an emergency diesel generator. Identify the person or entity undertaking the project, including any private applicant, any other person undertaking an activity that receives financial assistance from the Public Agency as part of the project, and any person receiving a lease, permit, license, certificate, or other entitlement of use from the Public Agency as part of the project.
