Document Description
The proposed project comprises the development of a 316,653 sf mixed use building with 262 residential units and 68,093 sf of commercial uses in the Downtown District of the City of Santa Monica. The proposed project building would be 84 feet in height with a podium/ground level that would potentially include a mezzanine/additional floor within a portion of the ground floor space. Above the ground floor, the building would have 4 linked building forms connected by open-air bridges. The project would include a 3,800 sf public plaza located at the corner of 5th Street and Broadway. The project would also provide approximately 577 vehicle parking spaces within 4 levels of a subterranean garage.
