Document Description
Cuyama Community Services District is proposing to construct four evaporation ponds for the discharge of treated effluent wastewater, eliminating the current disposal method of discharging effluent into Salisbury Creek. The ponds will be lined with high-density polyethylene (HPDE) liner or on-site clay application to prevent the percolation of effluent into the ground. The project also includes the land application of treated effluent on an adjacent property for irrigation of non-food crops.
