Document Description
The project proposes construction of a four-story medical office building consisting of approximately 110,000 sf and a five level parking structure with 637 parking spaces on the approximately 3.76 acre site. The existing private roadway that extends from Medical Center Road and Marguerite Parkway would generally remain within the same location; however, the roadways would be reconstructed.
