Document Description
Big Creek Reserve Facility Improvements, Phase II. Project Id 2010149. The project will consist of constructing a new building near the Reserve Entrance site to house a 1,381 sf classroom, an office, a break out room, and two restrooms. At the Coyote Creek site, the Project would construct one new 2,047-sf building; a residence for full-time staff with an attached garage/workshop. At both sites, the Project would construct new septic systems and infrastructure to supply domestic and fire protection water from springs that are already used for water supply at existing facilities. Electricity would be provided by existing and new solar arrays and backup generators.
