Document Description
Pursuant to the Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.20.2, a Coastal Development Permit for the demolition of an existing 3,927 sf single family dwelling and the construction of a new, two-story 11,550 sf single family dwelling, garage, covered patios, pool, spa and site retaining walls over two lots. The maximum building height is 33-feet. In addition, a Mello Determination for the new single-family dwelling. The project requires 163.4 cubic yards of fill and 953 cubic yards of import/export. The project requires the construction of cantilevered retaining walls with a maximum height of 12-feet. The project requires no removal of protected trees.
