Notes: 1 CD Copy The Project includes the development of new facilities on a 54-acre Project site that would directly support the existing Pechanga Resort and Casino. New facilities include a hotel wing, events center, spa, resort pool and stage area, event lawn, warehouse storage, parking structure, surface parking, and associated infrastructure. Total indoor building floor area for all new uses, including all below grade areas, is approximately 717,600 sf. The Project includes 20,800 sf of tenant improvements to existing facilities and reconfiguration of internal access roads, parking, and utilities. The Project does not propose additional gaming uses.
