Document Description
The applicant, Antelope Valley Solar, LLC, requests a conditional use permit to authorize the construction, operation, and maintenance of a 7.45-megawatt photovoltaic solar energy facility in two phases in the A-2-1 (Heavy Agricultural - One Acre Minimum Required Lot Area) Zone
in the east Antelope Valley and to allow a 7- to 8-foot fence around the perimeter ofthe Project Site. The Project will employ either fixed-tilt or single-axis tracking solar systemson steel structures.
