Document Description
The Project is located in the Antelope Valley in unincorporated Los Angeles County south of East Avenue F and west of 90th Street East on property totaling approximately 80 acres. The applicant, Antelope Valley Solar, LLC ("Applicant"), is proposing to develop a 7.45 MWac solar photovoltaic project (the proposed "Project") in two phases. The first phase ("Phase 1") will generate approximately 4.45 megawatts of alternating current, and will be located on the northerly 35-40 acres of the Site. The second phase ("Phase 2") will generate approximately 3 MWac and will be constructed on the southerly portion of the Site. Applicant currently has a power purchase agreement only for Phase 1 of the Project. Each Phase of the Project will interconnect to Southern California Edison's ("SCE") distribution circuits located near the eastern boundary of the Site.
