Document Description
The Project proposes a mixed-used, low-impact development that will maximize the benefit derived from proximity to the Regional Transportation Center. A development plan has been prepared to guide future development on the Project site. The anticipated uses would include approx. 1,000,000 sq. ft. of multi-use (office), 1,998 dwelling units of residential, 200,000 sq. ft. of community commercial (retail, and 242 hotel rooms. The Project includes general infrastructure on site to support the proposed project, including streets; storm drain system improvements (including storm water detention and treatment systems); and utility lines for sewer, domestic water, recycled water, gas, electrical, and communication services. Minor offsite improvements for drainage and roadways are also proposed.
