Document Description
The project involves the construction of a 5,000 sf, single-family home with a 936 sf garage and a 1,000 sf guest house on a vacant, 15.89-acre property (317-102-18). The project also involves the construction of an access driveway and an approximate 100-foot-long, combined height (approximately 10.4 feet) retaining wall with a 6-foot-high wood privacy fence on top within a 20-foot-wide access easement along the easterly limits of a vacant, 8,300 sf residential lot (317-573-08). A condition of approval of the project will require the dedication (but not the construction) of a 10-foot-wide public trail.
