The project is limited to water drafting from a Class IIL and Class I watercourse, five permanent culvert replacements over an unnamed Class II watercourse, and a permanent culvert replacement over an unnamed Class III watercourse. The project is located on an unnamed Class II and an unnamed Class III watercourse tributary to Middle Branch Russian Gulch, and on the Class I Middle Branch Russian Gulch, in the County of Sonoma, State of California. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0154-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, James Hopkin.
