The proposed project involves (1) Construction of a New Building (#88) for product testing, with approximately 80,000 square feet within three-stories on the South Properties. Building #88 represents modernization and consolidation of existing product testing facilities and would support Bayer's pharmaceutical operations and (2) Demolition of three buildings (#s 28, 28A and 50), which currently house product testing and pharmaceutical operations, total approximately 65,000 square feet on the North Campus. The net increase in building area as a result is approximately 15,000 square feet.
