SAA #1600-2014-0127-R5. The Applicant proposes to grade the floodplain and bank of the stream in order to construct a flat pad and develop two houses. Only one house is proposed to be built with this Agreement and includes retaining walls, stairs, planter boxes and a pool. Native trees will be removed and others impacted by grading activities.
