The project proposes to construct 16 turnouts; 9 locations on Route 20 between post miles 7.14 and 29.18 and 7 locations on Route 162 between post miles 5.28 and 22.45. The purpose of this project is to improve mobility and safety. All proposed turnouts are located on already established pullouts and/or gravel shoulders.
