Document Description
As part of the construction of a new driveway, the Permittee will install a new bridge over an unnamed tributary to Ellis Creek. The new bridge will be 55-foot long by 14-foot wide steel and concrete structure with concrete abutments located outside the top of the bank and above the 100-year flood elevation. Bridge piers will be 2-foot diameter cast-in-drilled-hole concrete piers with concrete abutments extending approximately 6-foot on either side of the bridge to retain road fill. No trees will be removed as part of the project and staging will be located at least 50-foot from the top of the bank. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0342-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
