Document Description
Project is limited to the repair of the stream bank and storm drain culvert outlets on Washington creek in the vicinity of a pedestrian bridge over the stream. The east bank of the stream will be stabilized with 8.9 cubic yards of 1/4 to 1/2-ton riprap along a 20-foot long section of steam bank just downstream of the bridge. Locally harvested vegetation, mostly willows, will be sprigged in between the rock joints. The upper bank at this location will be vegetated with locally collected vegetation. Upstream of the bridge, the area under the east bank culvert outlet will be armored with 13.3 cubic yards of 1/4-ton minus riprap and planted with local vegetation in a 30-foot, 6-foot wide area. The west bank culvert outlet will be armored with 13.2 cubic yards of 1/4-ton minus riprap and revegetated with locally collected vegetation in a 30-foot long, 6-foot wide area. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0248-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
