Document Description
Project is limited to the replacement of a culvert storm drain outlet into the Petaluma River. The pipe currently outlets into the river in the stream bank at an elevation that is frequently inundated by the tide. To isolate the area from the tide a temporary sheet pile coffer dam will be installed around the area and the interior space dewatered. The existing culvert will then be excavated and replaced with a 60-inch corrugated metal pipe. The outlet and wing walls will then be armored with approximately 36-cubic yards of 1/4- ton rock slop protection. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0246-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
