Provide emergency repairs to the Clearlake Oaks County Water District existing wastewater lift station 8 that failed on July 28th, 2014 to avoid a sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) to Clearlake. The Project will pump out of the wet well, repair the lift station, and repair damaged sections of the roadway as a result of work done.
