Install one new interpretive panel near the Piney Woods area at Point Lobos STate Natural Reserve to provide vIsitors with information in a safe, visible, and accessible location. Work willl level an approximately 60" x 60" area of the soil surface excavate and install two concrete footings in holes measuring approximately 2' wide by 3' deep and install one 48" x 24" interpretive panel, 48" in height.
