Document Description
The project is limited to the repair of a failed pavement section, widen the shoulders, replace culverts in poor condition, and place asphalt-concrete overlay. The culvert repair work will not require temporary stream diversions or the removal of any riparian vegetation. At Glenridge Drainage, work includes the installation of cured-in-place (CIP) liner will be placed at the outlet due to the dense vegetation at the inlet. Within the unnamed stream work includes the removal and replacement of a 30-inch corrugated metal pipe. The culvert will be accessed by cut and cover from the highway surface. At General Creek, two 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culverts will be replaced with two 48-inch RCP culverts and the shoulders will be widened across the top of the two 6-foot by 9-foot arch culverts.
