Caltrans proposes to upgrade the existing metal beam guardrail (MGBR) to current standards in Humboldt County on Routes 36, 96, 169, 211, 254, 255, 299 at various locations. There are no new locations of MGBR and all work will occur within the State's right of way. Project is necessary to ensure public (beneficiary) safety.
