Resurface State Route 58 with 0.10' Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (Gap Graded) on the existing AC pavement and a 1' wide shoulder backing by placing imported dirt/gravel mix, beginning at West Boron Road (PM R136.0) and ending at the Kern County line (PM R143.8), in Kern County. No new right-of-way is requried.
