Document Description
The project proposes to reduce the minimum setback to the base zoning setback of a 20-foot minimum rather than a 45-foot minimum to the centerline of Russell Loop. The project would allow for the construction of a 58-square-foot kitchen addition, sited 35 feet from the centerline of Russell Loop, but up to a minimum of 20 feet from the edge of the easement.
