Document Description
On October 22, 2014 the March Business Center Implementation Committee held a public meeting and approved the design plan application, subject to conditions of approval. The proposal is a design plan for a speculative warehouse and distribution facility, to be located on 24.62 acres. The 486,000 square foot building is designed to accommodate a future, but yet unknown, industrial user within an Industrial designated area of the Meridian Specific Plan.
