Document Description
The project involves one encroachment: replace two existing 6X4 foot diameter elliptical double-barrel culverts with a single 9.5X6.5 foot multi-plate arch pipe culvert. Project components include removing the existing pipe, clearing vegetation, installing a temporary water bypass, installing a rip-rap headwall and installing additional rip-rap below the new culvert outlet to serve as an energy dissipater.
