Authorize the amendment of Lease No. PRC 7798.1, a General Lease - Protective Structure Use, to revise the Lease Premises effective Oct. 1, 2014, to revise the annual rent to $249 effective October 1, 2014, and require Lessee to submit to Commission staff an Agreement between the adjacent property owners regarding ownership interest in the common seawall as a condition precedent for the amendment to Lease No. PRC 7798.1 to become effective.
