Document Description
Install three indoor units and one outdoor condenser unit as part of a new, ductless climate control system (system) in the Argonaut concession located in the Schultz House within Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park to improve food storage. Work will install three indoor units; two units approximately 33 1/4 inch wide by 6 1/2 inch deep by 11 3/4 inch tall in the front room and one unit in the back room. The approximately 30 inches by 11 3/4 inches by 23 1/4 inches outdoor condenser unit will be placed on a foam pad that is placed on top of the ground surface and will not require excavation.
