Project activities include placing rock rip-rap approximately 18 to 36 inches in diameter on the existing exposed base of the creek and up the bank to buttress the steep slopes. Along both sides of the existing culvert, filter fabric and small clean crushed drain rock will be installed with a four-inch perforated subdrain pipe from the upslope bank under the bridge into the rip-rap at the outfall end of the culvert. After the subdrain is installed, the remainder of the area between the existing banks and top of the culvert iwll be backfilled with additional clean crushed drain rock.
