SAA # 1600-2014-0028-R2 - The project is limited to the maintenance and repairs to 0.61 miles of the Carbon Canyon Creek Channel Flood Control Facility ("Carbon Canyon Creek Channel"), a concrete-lined channel. Maintenance activities within Carbon Canyon Creek covered under this Agreement include: clearing of sediment, trash, and debris, including homeless management; erosion control, earthen bank re-grading, rip-rap repair, and repair of existing access ramps and roads; nonnative vegetation maintenance (including the manual, chemical, and mechanical removal of vegetation); select vegetation trimming; in-kind repair and replacement of existing channel and box culverts; in-kind repair and replacement of existing access ramps; fence repair and graffiti removal; and rodent and vector control.
