SAA # 1600-2014-0040-R6 - The proejct is limited to the maintenance and repairs to 3.00 miles of the Wilson Creek Flood Control Facility ("Wilson Creek"), a flood control facility comprised of rectangular reinforced concrete channel, earthen trapezoidal channel with portions of wire and steel revetment, and riprap-lined reinforced concrete channel,. Maintenance activities within Wilson Creek covered under this Agreement include: clearing of sediment, trash, and debris, including homeless management; erosion control, earthen bank re-grading, rip-rap repair, and repair of existing access ramps and roads; nonnative vegetation maintenance (including the manual, chemical, and mechanical removal of vegetation); select vegetation trimming; in-kind repair and replacement of existing channel and box culverts; in-kind repair and replacement of existing access ramps; fence repair and graffiti removal; and rodent and vector control. Vegetation maintenance activities taking place within Wilson Creek located north of Oak Glen Road will be limited to manual removal.
