Document Description
Project consists of a small addition of less than 7,000 sq. ft. to the existing tennis courts area within the California State University, Los Angeles campus. The addition is needed to provide women's and men's lockers, showers, space for training, and tennis coaches, storage and similar space on the first level and a spectators deck and hospitality space on the second level. The addition supports the University's programs by providing the necessary space for the students engaged in tennis program with lockers, showers, training space, storage space and similar amenities, as well as the deck for spectators in support of the tennis programs. The University students will be the primary beneficiary of this project.
