Document Description
This project will remove sediment build-up in a wash that plugged two culverts crossing under SR 86 and caused a serious overflow onto the highway of mud and water. There is an existing easement that runs 106 feet west of the Right of Way line. The right of entry permit and evaluation is for the area to the west of the easement. Heavy equipment will be used to remove sediment from the bottom of the wash, the sediment will be placed on the existing sides of the wash and built up to create berms. There will be no excavation of the sides of the wash. The work area will be staked to keep the equipment within the site.
