Document Description
The proposed project involves replacement of an existing fence along the northwestern boundary of the San Diego Yacht Club's (SDYC) leasehold and replacement of an existing shed in the same location. The replacement fence will match the existing fence that runs parallel to Anchorage Lane in color, height and appearance. The replacement fence will be extended by 19 feet to the east end of the existing planter. The replacement shed will be installed on a new concrete foundation to be constructed on top of the existing asphalt. The proposed project also involves the installation of nine LED wall pack lights mounted on the top side of the fencing. Existing electrical utilities will be extended to serve the new lights.
