Document Description
For the purpose of this Agreement the project is limited to the hand removal of dead woody material from the channel and bank of Smithneck Creek for the purposes allowing passage of flood flows. The material shall be removed and chipped in an upland area not subject to flooding. Work shall take place between September 1 and March 30.
